Zhanjiang Packaging Material Enterprises Co.Ltd.is a joint ventrue startion in 1988 with a registration capital of 9,460,000 USD.It had introduced two BOPP lines, one with an annual output of 3000 tons and then another with 7000 tons,and detecting equipments.It specializes in manufacturing Bopp cigarette packing film,peral film,plain film and adhesive tape hase film etc, belong to the plastic field with export and import right.


ZPME was elected a high-tech enterprise of Guangdong province, in December 1997 and a national key high-tech enterprise in march 2000,It was chosen one of the first three base companies to provide cigarette packing material for China Tobacco Material Co, in 1993 and one leading high-tech enterprise of join ventrue in Guangdong.

....ZPME carries out the ISO 9001 system for qualith management, and was German TUV Qualith Systme Certified in October 1996, being authorized the Germany DAR mark. It's TUV re-certified in October 1999. The ISO 10012-1 is executed for company ,and certified by State Bnrean of Technical Superrision in December 1999.

   
It's main product-Yinfeng Brand Bopp high-speed film for cigarette packing, was chosen as famous brand product of Guangdong in December 1997. The Bopp anti-wrinkle and heat shrinkage film was listed in National Torch Plan in March 2000. In these years, its prducts had won many prizes and honor as following:
 
※ Bopp high-speed film for cigarette packing, won national tertius for science and technology progress in light industry and secondary prize for technique by Zhanjiang in 1993.
 
※ Co-500 Bopp cigarette packing film, elected Guangdong provinceal good product in 1996 and won the second prize for technology in Guangdong Textile industry in 1997.
 
※ SH series of high-speed anti-wrinkle and heat shrinkage, was chosen key new product Guangdong in 1997, awarded tertius for technology progress in light industry nationwide, Secondary excellent new product of Guangdong in 1998.
